Recent studies have demonstrated that ATP-binding cassette sub-family E member 1 (ABCE1) is one of the factors that contributes to the development and metastasis of lung cancer, but the specific mechanism of this phenomenon remains unclear.
In summary, we have provided evidence that ABCE1 plays an essential role in the progression and metastasis of lung cancers and may represent a valuable therapeutic target for the management of lung tumor.
In conclusion, the present study suggested that ABCE1 promotes the growth, invasion and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma cells and may represent a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for lung cancer.
