<b>Objective</b>: This study examined the construct validity of two widely-used instruments for the assessment of PTSD symptoms (Harvard Trauma Questionnaire [HTQ]; 16 items) and symptoms of anxiety and depression (Hopkins Symptom Check list-25 [HSCL-25]; 25 items) among Dutch and refugee patients with different linguistic backgrounds.
<b>Objective:</b> To describe the prevalence and costs of anxiety and depression among moderate-to-severe psoriasis (PsO) patients in a commercially-insured US population.<b>Methods:</b> The IBM MarketScan Commercial database was used to select adults with moderate-to-severe PsO (≥1 PsO diagnosis and ≥1 systemic or biologic medication) within each calendar year from 2014 to 2016.
<b>Results:</b> Overall, parent-child agreement on the diagnostic category of anxiety disorder (<i>k</i> = 0.21; <i>k</i> = 0.22) and the specific anxiety diagnoses (base rate > 10%) of social phobia, specific phobia and separation anxiety disorder (<i>k</i> = 0.24-0.52; <i>k</i> = 0.19-0.43) and corresponding diagnostic criteria (<i>k</i> = 0.22-0.67; <i>k</i> = 0.24-0.41) were low to moderate with the highest agreement on separation anxiety disorder (<i>k</i> > 0.43).
