Primarily, we found the upregulation of miR-210-3p, miR-155-5p, miR-UL-112-3p, miR-183-5p, and miR-223-5p in high-grade astrocytic tumors as compared with low-grade tumor tissues. miR-214-3p is significantly expressed in control brain tissues and its expression decreased with astrocytoma grade progression.
