The IHC results demonstrated that CD133 and Nanog were expressed in TC tissue but not in normal thyroid tissue, however, CD44 expression was observed in both TC and normal thyroid tissue.
CPSF2 knockdown increased cellular invasion by 1.8- to 3.2-fold (P < .01) and increased markers of thyroid cancer stem cells (CD44 and CD133 expression).
