Angioarrestin/GAPDH mRNA expression was significantly decreased in the tumor of lung cancer tissue (86.676+/-123.505) than in the normal lung tissue (1154.218+/-2003.508, p<0.0001), although only four lung cancer tissues had more than one tumor/normal ratio of angioarrestin/GAPDH mRNA expression.
SAGE/GAPDH mRNA expression was not significantly different between the tumour of lung cancer tissue (3.777+/-10.802) and normal lung tissue (3.028+/-3.356, p=0.7283).
Tryptic peptide mapping analysis showed that the pattern of 37K was very similar to those of GAPDHs both purified from lung tumor and obtained commercially.
