Upon conducting a stratified analysis, we found that LEP 19A allele might decrease the susceptibility of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and colorectal cancer (CRC).
These findings suggest that the LEPG2548A genetic polymorphism may increase the susceptibility of cancers in NHL, especially in the homozygote co-dominant model and the additive genetic model among Caucasian populations.
