High levels of clonal IGHV SHM (SHMhigh) were associated with prolonged overall survival in DLBCL patients, particularly those without BCL2 or MYC translocation.
VH gene selection and mutational status in 52 cBCL, including 29 diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (cDLBCL, the most common subtype of cBCL), were analyzed by comparison with the 80 published canine germline VH gene sequences.
NOTCH1 mutation increased the risk of transformation to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma independently from IGHV, with this being validated in resampling tests of replicability.
Somatically mutated immunoglobulin IGHV@ genes without intraclonal heterogeneity indicate a postgerminal centre origin of primary intraocular diffuse large B-cell lymphomas.
Comparative studies of somatic and ongoing mutations in immunoglobulin heavy-chain variable region genes in diffuse large B-cell lymphomas of the stomach and the small intestine.
To clarify the origin and cellular characteristics of CD10-positive DLBCL, we analyzed 36 de novo cases of DLBCL for somatic mutations of the immunoglobulin heavy chain variable region (VH) genes and for their immunophenotypes.
