We analyzed the expressions of CD3, CD19, CD4, and CD8 on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by flow cytometry, and the levels of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), interferon (IFN)-gamma, interleukin (IL)-4, IL-10, and IL-13 mRNAs in PBMCs using real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in 14 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy and 14 normal control donors.
