<b>Backgroud and objectives:</b> Although lung attenuation distribution and lung volume on computed tomography (CT) have been widely used in evaluating COPD and interstitial lung disease, there are only a few studies regarding the normal range of these indices, especially in Chinese subjects.
<b>Conclusions:</b> These findings suggest that the impedance parameters measured by FOT are reflected by airway obstruction, ventilation unevenness, and lung resistance, but hardly reflected by changes in lung compliance due to emphysema or fibrosis in both CLD and ILD.
<b>Results:</b> Folate receptor-β expression was 3- to 4-fold increased in patients with fibrotic ILD, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and connective tissue disease-related ILD, and significantly correlated with the degree of lung remodeling.
Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a rare, but potentially serious, side effect associated with crizotinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor for anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive (ALK+) advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
