Here, analysis on the expression data of the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV) dataset demonstrated the overexpression of TMEM14A in ovarian cancer tissues compared with normal tissues, which was consistent with our real-time PCR analysis on ovarian cancer and normal tissues collected from 30 patients.
