The expression of HDAC1,2,3,4,7 and Nur77 increased in PA samples at levels significantly higher than those observed in the CP group (p = 0.0160; 0.0114; 0.0227; 0.0440; 0.0136; 0.0004, respectively).
The goal of this study is to determine the functional role of HDAC1 in normal development of exocrine pancreas using zebrafish as the model organism as well as in human pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
