We investigated the expression of NEDD4 and the tumor suppressor PTEN in normal immortalized human pancreatic duct epithelial cell line and pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cell lines.
Reduced expression of CBX7 and PTEN was associated with increased malignancy grade in pancreatic adenocarcinoma, whereas maintenance of CBX7 and PTEN expression showed a trend toward a longer survival.
