Despite of in which gestational week gestational hypertension developed, the SBP and DBP levels of pregnant women in each gestational hypertension category maintained the stable and normal levels (SBP <119∼130 and DBP <76∼83 mmHg) before the accelerated point.
Results show that On the 22nd day of pregnancy, compared with the PIH-NS group, SBP decreased in other groups, and platelet concentration increased most significantly in the PIH-10 mg/kg RM and PIH-200 mg/kg ETR groups.
Multivariable adjusted analyses showed an inverse relationship between SBP with depression (coefficient = -0.10; P = 0.012) and anxiety (after excluding two outliers with SBP > 156 mmHg, coefficient = -0.13; P = 0.018) scores, independent of sex, BMI, female hormonal contraceptive use, alcohol consumption, birth weight and maternal hypertension in pregnancy.
