We determined the expression levels of TNF-α, sTNFR-1, sTNFR-2, oxidative stress biomarkers (malondialdehyde [MDA], aldosterone [ALD], angiotensin II [Ang II], and high sensitivity C-reactive protein [hs-CRP]) in oldest patients with CCTO.
Patients with CTO had significantly higher red cell distribution width (RDW), neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio, uric acid, and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein compared to patients without CTO ( P ≤ .001, P = .036, P ≤ .001, and P = .015, respectively).
