Factors associated with healing of artificial ulcer after endoscopic submucosal dissection with reference to Helicobacter pylori infection, CYP2C19 genotype, and tumor location: Multicenter randomized trial.
In TCGA database, low expression of CYP2C8, CYP2C9, and CYP2C19 in tumor tissue was associated with a short median survival time (all crude P = 0.001, adjusted P = 0.004, P = 0.047, and P = 0.020, respectively).
The level of CYP2C19 mRNA expression was examined in tumor and adjacent normal tissue from liver, colon, stomach, breast, esophagus, lung, uterus, brain, pancreas, ovary, kidney, and several cell lines by semi-quantitative RT-PCR Western immunoblots were also used to qualitatively assess CYP2C19 protein in the above tissues and cell lines.
The GEP analysis showed that the down-regulated genes in tumor tissue were CYP3A4 in 56 patients (61%), CYP2C8 in 44 patients (48%), CYP2C19 in 30 patients (33%), CYP2D6 in 11 patients (12%), CYP3A5 in 7 patients (8%) and CYP1B1 in 2 patients (2%).
