At equivalent dosage (40% of the LD50), the HRS-3 Fab'.dgA and the IRac Fab'.dgA both induced lasting complete remissions in 25% of the mice, although the HRS-3 Fab'.dgA was significantly superior to IRac Fab'.dgA at retarding tumor growth in the remaining animals.
These results suggest that merlin growth suppression requires HRS expression and that the binding of merlin to HRS may facilitate its ability to function as a tumor suppressor.
We therefore imaged mice bearing human colorectal cancer (Colo205) tumor xenografts with HGS-ETR1 and HGS-ETR2 agonist antibodies to TRAIL receptor-1 (TRAIL-R1) and TRAIL-R2, respectively, after radiolabeling the antibodies.
TP53 (Tumor Protein 53, previously known as p53) is probably the best known of all tumor suppressor genes, and is mutated in nearly all (96%) high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGS-OvCa), which is the most common histopathological type of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC).
We rank prioritized isoforms by likelihood of being expressed in HGS-OvCa tumors and not in normal tissues and analyzed 671 top-ranked isoforms by high-throughput RT-qPCR.
