Taken together, these evidences suggested that CERS6-AS1 promoted the progression of BC by binding to IGF2BP3 and thus enhancing the stability of CERS6 mRNA, providing a new underlying therapeutic target for BC to improve prognosis.
The expression level of TRIM25, IGF2BP3, pri-miR-3614 and miR-3614-3p in breast cancer (BC) tissues, non-tumor tissues and BC cell lines were detected by qRT-PCR, Western blot and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
In conclusion, the results illustrated that in CD44<sup>+</sup> Fbs, binding of IGF2BP3 and CD44 promotes IGF2 expression and then accelerates breast cancer cell proliferation, survival and induced chemotherapy resistance likely by activating Hedgehog signal pathways.
