Thus, we concluded that miR-132 regulated SIRT1/CREB/ABCG2 signaling pathway contributing to the cisplatin resistance and might serve as a novel therapeutic target against gastric cancer.
In addition, cAMP responsive element binding protein 1 (CREB1) was identified as a direct target of miR-122, and its expression was negatively correlated with miR-122 expression in GC tissues (<i>r</i> = -0.711, <i>P</i> < 0.001).
