Three new proteins; Receptor-interacting protein 1 (RIP1), Apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 (ASK1) and B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2) from Apoptosis Signaling Pathway revealed best CDOCKER energy with triclosan which was -26.88, -23.34 and -22.96 kcal/mol respectively.
