In addition, Nurr1 expression (P = 0.007), depth of tumor invasion (P = 0.014), lymph node metastasis (P = 0.044), distant metastasis (P = 0.023), and recurrence (P = 0.011) were independent prognostic factors of OS in gastric cancer patients.
Among cases of breast cancer, NURR1 expression in the primary tumors was inversely correlated with lymph node metastases (p ≤ 0.05) and p53 expression (p ≤ 0.05).
However, we observed that high cytoplasmic expression of NR4A2 was significantly associated with tumor size (T classification) (P = 0.006), lymph node metastasis (N classification) (P = 0.002) and clinical stage (P = 0.017).
